The result provides you with a graphical representation of your personal Future Skills profile.
In the Future Skills Test Center, you can make your Future Skills visible through validated self-assessments. What awaits you there: scientifically based individual assessments of Future Skills as well as a scaled competence diagnosis.
The chatbot Allex (AI & Reflection) enables AI-assisted analysis of real learning experiences using the STAR method. The analysis identifies demonstrated and potentially missing Future Skills, provides in-depth feedback, and offers recommendations for next development steps.
The Future Skills Action Lab is a game in which small groups discuss tricky action scenarios and consider which Future Skills are needed to master them.
We wish you lots of fun exploring and working with the Future Skills Compass!
