The Future Skills Compass

In the Future Skills Compass, you can take targeted steps in developing your Future Skills. The online tool is based on the NextSkills framework, which includes 17 scientifically developed Future Skills profiles. Just like with any good compass, you can determine your current position here. The tool also helps you to actively pursue your personal Future Skills development.

#Future Skills Scan

With the Future Skills Scan, you can assess yourself. You will imagine yourself in 17 different action scenarios and reflect on how well you are already able to handle the challenges described. The result provides you with a graphical representation of your personal Future Skills profile.

#Future Skills Test Center

In the Future Skills Test Center, you can make your Future Skills visible through validated self-assessments. What awaits you there: scientifically based individual assessments of Future Skills as well as a scaled competence diagnosis.

#Allex – AI Future Skills Diary

The chatbot Allex (AI & Reflection) enables AI-assisted analysis of real learning experiences using the STAR method. The analysis identifies demonstrated and potentially missing Future Skills, provides in-depth feedback, and offers recommendations for next development steps.

#Future Skills Action Lab

The Future Skills Action Lab is a game in which small groups discuss tricky action scenarios and consider which Future Skills are needed to master them.

#Future Skills Studio
In the Future Skills Studio, educators and institutions can create individually tailored action scenarios for the Future Skills Scan. This mode allows the upload and integration of custom competence models for curricula, departments, and specific professional or academic profiles. Based on individual context parameters, an AI generates action scenarios tailored to your needs.
